Class Length: 8am - 9am
Class Style: A 50 min flow, followed by a self-guided meditation in shared space. This class is perfect for anyone interested in integrating meditation into their lifestyle alongside their movement practice. This is a friendly space for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Investment: $8/12 or free for members of Classes for the Mind.
