*Designed for the home life, all classes are 10 - 20 mins, allowing them to weave effortlessly into your lifestyle.


Your weekly subscription includes:

  • 5 new sessions each week! Morning classes (mon, tues & friday) are uploaded weekly at 8am, and new evening classes (wed & thurs) are uploaded at 5pm.
  • Ongoing access to new and past classes through the [At Home] Studio.
  • Optional 15 min Zoom check-in with Rosie to chat about making the most of these sessions for you.
  • Weekly group emails (mon & thurs) to stay connected and motivated.
  • Free ticket to every monthly community event hosted via Zoom.

  • Our wellbeing naturally ebbs and flows. You may feel like engaging with these practices some weeks more than others, and find some practices more useful than others. The weekly investment of $10 - $12 reflects this, allowing you to use the online resources in a flexible way.


Subsidised Memberships

  • If you are struggling financially but would benefit from these practices, you are welcome here. You can choose to contribute $2.50 or $5 per week on a subsidised membership in the drop-down menu.
