*Designed for the home life, all classes are 10 - 20 mins, allowing them to weave effortlessly into your rhythm

 

Access to:

  • 5 new sessions throughout each week! Morning classes (mon, tues & friday) are uploaded weekly at 8am, and new evening classes (wed & thurs) are uploaded at 5pm.
  • Past classes through the [At Home] Studio.
  • Optional 15 min Zoom check-in with Rosie to chat about making the most of these sessions for you.
