August Intention Setting
Come along to a community Intention Setting practice.

There's been a lot of change over the last month as we had a taster of the outside world and have moved back in for lockdown all over again. This workshop is an opportunity to reflect and acknowledge our experience through meditation and guided journaling. It's also a space to connect with our core values and what will be a meaningful intention to support us through these next four weeks.
This session will integrate self-soothing practices, guided journaling, meditation and visualisation. It is informed by value based intention setting and traditional yogic philosophy. This combination of practices are designed to attach memory, feeling and visuals to your intention, deepening your self-knowledge and motivation to take action.
This session will be hosted live on Zoom. The vibe will be casual from my home to yours. Get your journal out, bring your tea/coffee/snacks, and set up a cosy spot for reflection. There will be a few opportunities to share if you feel comfortable, it's also totally optional. You won't be required to share, but if time allows they'll be the opportunity to exchange intentions.
