Class Style: A 50min flow, followed by a self-guided meditation in shared space. This class is perfect for anyone interested in integrating meditation into their lifestyle alongside their movement practice. This is a friendly space for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Investment: $8/12 or free if you are financially impacted :)
Tuning in: You'll automatically be emailed the Zoom link. (It may land in your promotions folder). Doors open 5 mins before the start time, please aim to arrive a couple mins before to get set up. An optional Spotify playlist will be provided.
