This meditation session incorporates sensory regrounding, reflection and visualisation.
Build your self awareness through guided reflection and get clear on your needs for the week ahead. You will be supported to choose an intention which will ground and inspire you throughout the week. This session is influenced by value based intention setting and traditional yogic philosophy.
Experienced via a secret Vimeo link. This class is emailed at 8am on Monday, goes for approx 15 mins, and you will have 48hrs to access.
