Style: This 45min class includes vinyasa flow, pranayama (breathwork meditation) and a brief savasana to prepare you for your day. This class is ideal for anyone interested in integrating meditation into their lifestyle alongside their movement practice. This is a friendly space for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Tuning in: You'll automatically be emailed the Zoom link. (It may land in your promotions folder). Doors open 5 mins before the start time, please aim to arrive a couple mins before to get set up. An optional Spotify playlist will be provided.
