This retreat is thoughtfully designed to help you restore balance. All classes are optional to attend, and there will be open space for you to read books, journal, connect, walk in surrounding nature, and swim in the nearby waterhole. Our community is warm and respectful, and you will be welcomed in as a friend. All food will be plant-based and made by Yolanda Whelan who is happy to support your dietary requests.
Casa Warrandyte is a grounding, architecturally-designed bush retreat with direct access to the best Yarra river swimming holes. Located 30-40 mins outside the City, expect to hear the sound of birds in the morning, and feel the invitation to slow down.
Compassionate Action Workshop
Explore the active practice of compassion to cultivate balance, ease and confidence into your life. We will consider what it means to practise compassion through developing our inner voice, conscious breath, life-enhancing movement, self-soothing practices and wellbeing rituals. This workshop will include guided meditation and journaling, psychoeducation and shared reflections - leading you towards clear intentions to explore during and beyond the retreat.
