Winter Intention Setting
I feel that winter was made for self-inquiry and nourishing the deeper parts of ourselves. What does winter mean to you? How has your transition through autumn felt? Join me and the Classes for the Mind community as we reflect on autumn and set an intention for winter ~ transitioning with clarity and grace

This session will integrate self-soothing practices, guided journaling, meditation and visualisation. We will approach this practice through the lens of value based intention setting and traditional yogic philosophy. This combination of practices is designed to attach memory, feeling and visuals to your intention, deepening your self-knowledge and motivation to take action.
This session will be hosted live on Zoom. The vibe will be casual from my home to yours. Get your journal out, bring your tea/coffee/snacks, and set up a cosy spot for reflection. There will be a few opportunities to share if you feel comfortable, but it's also totally optional.
