Summer Intention Setting

Join the I Live In Balance community for the final intention setting practice of 2021. This workshop will include guided meditation and journaling, value based intention setting, group discussion, visualisation and relaxation. You are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you on the day.

Hosted in person at Green Monday Studios in Carlton, the vibe will be warm and casual. Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothes.

When: Saturday 18th December 10:30am - 12pm

All profits from ticket sales will be donated towards the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service. If you are struggling financially please contact me for a subsidised place.
