Restore & Release
Join Rosie at the Clubhouse Fitzroy for Restore & Release, a 75 min practice of yin yoga and yoga nidra (yogic sleep), followed by tea, coffee and baked treats by Yolanda Whelan.
When: Saturday 20th August, 10am - 11:15am followed by coffee and pastries

Rosie's teaching style of yin yoga is exploratory, intentional and deeply relaxing. She enjoys weaving in intuitive movements and self-massage between longer held shapes to assist restoration. Rosie practices yin to complement her strength training and vinyasa practices.
Yoga nidra or 'yogic sleep' is a mind-body meditation which is practiced lying down. It involves gentle breathwork, body sensing, progressive relaxation and visualisation to bring you into a deep state of self-awareness, compassion and calm. Yoga nidra offers a range of mental health benefits including improved mood, anxiety and sleep, and Rosie is currently studying the benefits of yoga nidra for the treatment of chronic pain.
Dietary requests (GF, Vegan etc) are welcome, please let us know when you book in so we can order accordingly.
This event will take place on Wurundjeri Country. 10% of ticket profits will be donated towards Elizabeth Morgan House who provide refuge accommodation and family violence services to Aboriginal women and their children. To learn more about their programs click here.
