Class Length: 7:30am - 7:50am, meditation will go for approx 15mins.
Class Style: Guided meditation with plenty of open space to be with yourself. This is a friendly space for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Investment: Spots are $5 or free for members of Classes for the Mind.
