Winter Immersion: Embodying Yoga
S O L D O U T
Join Rosie and the Classes for the Mind community for a one month health promotion journey. Over four weeks and five group sessions we will discuss and embody key principles of yogic philosophy and develop a daily practice of yoga through your choice of movement or meditation every day.
The intention behind this course is to live in alignment with the ethics and principles of yoga. Each week we will cover 1 - 2 elements of yogic philosophy, building on our knowledge from the previous week. This course is by no means exhaustive, but rather it is an opportunity to expand our understanding and experience of yoga as we pause and take the time to be with yogic philosophy.
To cultivate a personal practice throughout this course, you will be invited to move OR meditate every day. You're welcome to choose the form/s of movement and meditation that will nourish most, and you'll be gifted 5 x drop-in classes to practice online yoga.

Each week we will land together through pranayama and meditation, share our challenges, strengths and insights that arose through the previous week, and explore a new theme in relation to yogic philosophy. These meetings will be a key point of connection and motivation to embody yoga in our lives.
