These sessions are thoughtfully created, incorporating modern psychology with traditional yogic practices. My teaching style is personal, creating a unique space for deep self-enquiry and compassion.

Morning classes (mon/tues/fri) are emailed to you at 8am, evening classes (wed/thurs) are emailed to you at 5pm. With 48hrs access to each session, you can adapt them to your lifestyle as you please.
