I'm Rosie (she/her), the Founder of I Live in Balance based in Naarm/Melbourne. I design classes, workshops and programs which incorporate psychoeducation with traditional yogic practices to support your mental health. My approach is clear, intentional and personal. I care about science and fostering meaningful connections with the people I support.
Outside of I Live In Balance I work part-time as a Wellbeing Telehealth Counsellor and Educator at Eating Disorders Victoria. Here I offer one-on-one counselling, and develop/facilitate workshops and programs for people with eating disorders, their carers, health professionals and the general community. You'll also find me teaching yoga at Power Living Fitzroy (Fridays) and Kindred Movement Richmond (Tuesdays).
One day I hope to become a Clinical Psychologist, but who knows what will happen along the way.
