Hello

I'm Rosie (she/her), a Provisional Psychologist, Yoga Teacher, and the Founder of I Live in Balance based in Naarm/Melbourne. I design workshops, programs and retreats which incorporate psychoeducation with mind-body practices to support your mental health. My approach is clear, intentional and personal. I care about science and fostering meaningful connections with the people I support.

Outside of I Live In Balance I work as an eating disorder counsellor (ANZAED credentialed) and am undertaking my final year of a Master of Clinical Psychology where I am researching mind-body interventions for chronic pain. I am currently focusing on my own training, development and health and look forward to sharing more offerings in the future.
