Vinyasa Flow
Energise and balance your energy through an uplifting yoga flow with a focus on breath, alignment and strength.

Mellow Flow
Align breath with movement through a joyful, grounding, slow flow practice.

Restorative Yoga
Explore gentle movement and deep relaxation through longer held yoga poses. Students will need a mat, pillow and a blanket.

Gentle Breathwork
Regulate stress and deepen your connection with your breath  through accessible breathwork techniques. Students will be invited to sit or lie down for this practice.

Relaxation
Experience deep relaxation through breathwork, full body relaxation and visualisation. Students will need a pillow, blanket and a comfortable space to lie down.

Grounding Meditation
Cultivate focus and clarity through a mindfulness-based meditation practice. Students will be invited to sit or lie down for this practice.
