Monday 21st Feb Yin & Nidra
A special class to offer you ease, release and calm as you transition into your evening
When: Monday 21st Feb 7:15pm - 8pm
Style: This 45min class includes restorative yin yoga and yoga nidra. You will need at least one pillow, and may like to have a block, blanket, or something to cover your eyes. This is a friendly space for beginners and seasoned practitioners to experience deep body awareness and guided rest.
Tuning in: You'll automatically be emailed the Zoom link. (It may land in your promotions folder). Doors open 5 mins before the start time, please aim to arrive a couple mins before to get set up. An optional Spotify playlist will be provided.
