Rosie is a yoga facilitator and ongoing student. She views yoga as a lifelong practice that evolves with us through the different seasons of life. Rosie returns to the practice of yoga again and again for emotional, social, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Rosie has been facilitating yoga in Melbourne since 2016. She guides a powerful style of Vinyasa, embracing a compassionately challenging approach. In contrast, Rosie’s Yin classes are deeply restorative and experiential, with thoughtfully curated ambient music.

    You can practice with Rosie at Gertrude Street Yoga in Fitzroy.

    Please note: Rosie’s yoga classes are not psychological therapy. Private practice clients of Rosie are unable to attend public classes.

  • Through her business, I Live In Balance, Rosie has designed and facilitated a variety of wellbeing workshops, programs and retreats.

  • While completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology, Rosie worked on a pilot study examining iRest Yoga Nidra as a mind-body intervention for persistent pain. This study has since been published and is publicly available to read here.
